The United Central Coalition (UCC) was originally set up by Corwint's Central Government to act as a treatassist and peacekeeping coalition for those planets seeking mutual planetary trade, aid and protection against the rising influence of the Xen'dari government. In recent years, however, Central's involvement in the UCC has become more figurative than physical, much to the aggitation among many in the Agency and other UCC systems.
